General Conditions of Sale (applying to sales made in France

These general conditions of sale shall apply to all sales performed on www.interdifusion.eu Website. By making an order you hereby confirm that you are aware of these conditions and that you agree with them.

We recommend that you print out a copy of this document for your personal records.

1. Orders

The orders made on www.interdifusion.eu Website cannot be fulfilled before the potential purchaser is registered on this site by duly filling in the professional identification form that will enable the purchaser to enjoy special discounts and to receive an original invoice.

2. A confirmation E-mail will be automatically sent to confirm your order.

3. Price

All indicated prices are in EUROS (EUR) and excluding VAT.

All indicated prices are retail prices.

The indicated rates are subject to fluctuations. Interdifusion S.L. thus reserves the right to modify these rates without prior notice.

4. Method of payment

New customers or private buyers : Paypal bank transfer, cash on delivery or credit card

5. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are automatically included in the global invoice; they may vary according to the weight and the geographical destination. Certain products cannot be shipped by next-day delivery, please contact us to get a specific quotation regarding their transport.

6-Deliveries
1. Delivery times are indicative only; Interdifusion S.L. will make its best efforts to comply with them.

2. The delivery time becomes effective from the time the order is confirmed.

3. Late delivery does not imply order cancellation or compensation.

4. Delivery shall be deemed made upon signing of the delivery note duly filled in by the purchaser.

The purchaser is bound to issue any reservation at the time of delivery and any observation should be written on the delivery note – No reservation may be taken into account if this procedure has not been scrupulously abided by.

5. Transport charges are to be paid by the purchaser unless stated otherwise through prior agreement with Interdifusion S.L. sales department.

6. Return to sender :

Returns cannot be made without prior agreement with our sales department and this may only occur within 48 hours after checking the equipment received.

7. Retention of ownership

Interdifusion S.L retains ownership of the goods delivered to the purchaser until full payment of these goods by the purchaser.

Should the purchaser suspend outstanding payments, Interdifusion S.L. reserves the right to recover the goods that remain Interdifusion property until full payment of all outstanding invoices.

8. Clauses
The total or partial failure to respect the sale agreement as well as the non-payment of outstanding debts entitles Interdifusion S.L. to claim full and immediate refund of prior and outstanding transactions.

In case of dispute, Interdifusion S.L. will block the account of the entity concerned and the business rights of the latter will be cancelled.

The cancellation of all outstanding contracts shall be done without legal formalities within 7 days from notification to the purchaser. This cancellation shall be notified through registered letter with AR.

9. Law and Jursidiction

The Law in force applies to these General Conditions of Sale and to any associated agreement.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of the general conditions of sale or of any agreement signed with a purchaser will fall under the jurisdiction of Donosti Courts (Spain).
